This Application allows Blueforce Customers for collecting Time and Attendance.
EPAY Systems Mobile Punch Application allows Blueforce™ Customers to utilize Android Phones™ for collecting Time and Attendance. The Mobile Application provides the following list of features: 1. Employee Clock InOut, StartEnd Meal breaks2. Supervisor Employee Group Clock InOut, StartEnd Meal breaks3. Capture GPS Coordinates at time of Clock InOut for verification of location *Optimized to 10 meters accuracy4. Employee punches will be recorded in Blueforce and marked as “Un-Authorized” if the GPS location is outside of the acceptable distance from the work site *Distance is client configurable5. Integrated with Blueforce™ TLM System Time card and Timesheet module6. Location based (GPS) Dropdown list selections for Work Group (Site), Task, and Work Ticket – selections are filtered based on current GPS location.7. Works in offline mode in cases where GPS and Cellular Services are unavailable8. Ability to enter free from comments along with the punches9. Search feature for Work Group (Site), Task, Employee and Work Ticket. 10. Ability to collect additional punch details at Clock-Out *Questions to be asked are client configurable.11. Ability for supervisor’s to Clock InOut employees by Scanning Bar/QR code representing Work Group (Site), Task, Employee and Work Ticket.12. Employee PTO requests with ability to view pending request status and PTO balances13.Ability for Supervisors and Employee’s to Allocate Hours to different Task and/or Work ticket from worked hours.14. Takes forever to down l Ioad
App does not load when you sign in, I'm connected to Wi-Fi, tried Uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing the cache and data, still nothing.
Needs bugs fixed. I have to clock in at multiple locations, app is messing up and supervisor has to fix.
The app is HORRIBLE TOTAL TRASH.
Terrible on android phones works better with iphones
Constant issues, our IT tells us that we need to update to fix the bugs. However, there are rarely updates available. The clock in app rarely matches the clock in or clock out time.
It has issues quite often. Can't even clock in or out the entire day.🙄 I even reinstalled it, but nope.
2 hours and still can't log in
Rarely works. Whoever developed this needs another few java classes. I'm truly amazed you managed to build a back end for login yet can't manage to make buttons that work when pressed. Also, protip, it's been 10 years since this ui design was popular. Consider material.
The app freezes often. It takes at least 3 minutes just clock in for work. Some days it doesn't work at all.
